At the renovated Bijou Terrace, you stay in a 1.5-room apartment furnished to owner-occupier standards, with views of Lake Thun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Quooker tap, providing boiling water within seconds. You have a living area and a small bedroom with a built-in double bed (160 × 210 cm). The modern bathroom has a rain shower and WC. Fresh bed linen, hand and bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. The apartment accommodates a maximum of two adults only. Leissigen lies between Interlaken and Spiez, at the foot of the Morgenberghorn.

You have exclusive access to the entire raised ground floor apartment, Bijou Terrace. A designated outdoor parking space is available directly at the property.

The property is situated on an elevated slope and is accessible only via an external flight of stairs; there is no lift.
The apartment is located on the first floor / raised ground floor of a terraced building on a hillside, where two other holiday flats are also rented out. Access is strictly via an external staircase with no lift, so luggage must be carried up.

The neighbourhood

Leissigen lies at 575 metres above sea level directly on the shores of Lake Thun, nestled at the foot of the Morgenberghorn between Interlaken and Spiez. The village borders Daerligen, Saxeten, Aeschi bei Spiez, and Krattigen. The area is renowned for its evening sunsets over the lake, best enjoyed by the water or from the Ferdinand Hodler memorial site. Interlaken is approximately 10 km away, and Thun is just under 21 km away. The bus stop Leissigen, West is roughly 150 metres or a five-minute walk from the property. From Interlaken Ost railway station, the journey takes 29 minutes by public transport (including a 12-minute walk from Leissigen station). Arriving by car is the most convenient option.
