Welcome to Nautica in Faulensee – your modern ground-floor apartment right on Lake Thun for up to four guests. Enjoy clear views across the lake and the surrounding mountains. The bright living area has a 65-inch TV, a Sonos sound system and a DVD player. Wi-Fi and a printer let you work comfortably if needed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and one with two single beds (85 × 195 cm). The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. The apartment is on one level and can be reached by lift. Outside, your private terrace with high-quality garden furniture awaits. It leads to a shared lawn and a stretch of beach with direct lake access. Stand-up paddleboards are available, as is a covered outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grills. There is an on-site charging station for electric cars (Type 2, Tesla Wallbox).
