A stream flows directly beside the house, its soothing sound accompanying your stay. The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, with a dedicated dressing room next door. The sofa bed on the gallery accommodates a maximum of one adult. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and all cooking utensils. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and a large washbasin; the toilet is separate. Electric blinds darken every room. The apartment occupies an elevated hillside position in Merligen.

You have exclusive access to the upper floor of this two-family house, including the spacious balcony with panoramic lake and mountain views. A covered parking space below the house is reserved for your vehicle. Please note that the ground-floor lawn belongs to the permanent resident below and is not accessible to guests.

Merligen lies on Lake Thun, at the mouth of the Justistal valley and on the southern slope of the Niederhorn; this sheltered setting gives it a mild climate.
