The fourth bedroom in the attic can only be reached via a ladder.
Cooling and laundry
There is no washing machine and no fixed air conditioning system in the apartment. Portable fans are provided. During the summer months (approximately June to August), the ladder-accessed attic bedroom is equipped with a mobile air conditioning unit.
Electric vehicle charging
Charging electric vehicles must be declared in advance and is charged at CHF 30.00 per charging day via the booking platform.
CCTV surveillance
The car park and the entrance area are monitored by CCTV.
Luggage storage
Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.
Nature and insects
Due to the countryside location, insects may occasionally enter the property despite regular cleaning. Fly screens (where technically feasible) and insect spray are provided.
