About this accommodation

At Chalet Lake View, you stay in a stylish 2.5-room apartment combining modern comfort with chalet character. It accommodates up to three adults. The balcony has lounge furniture and unobstructed views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains. There is also a separate, sunny terrace. The bedroom has a double bed and can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. A sofa bed in the living room is available on request for the third guest. The living and dining area includes a large dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The modern bathroom has a shower. You stay in a quiet, elevated neighbourhood above Faulensee.

You have exclusive access to the upper-floor flat, the balcony, and the private terrace. The ground-floor flat and basement remain private. One reserved outdoor parking space is available below the chalet free of charge. When arriving by car, leave the A6 motorway at the Spiez exit and follow the signs to Faulensee until you reach the chalet.

The neighbourhood

The chalet is located in an elevated residential area above Faulensee, a village set on the southern shore of Lake Thun. When travelling by public transport, take the train to Spiez station and continue by bus line 62 to the stop 'Faulensee, Angernstrasse'. From the bus stop, the walk to the flat takes around 20 minutes uphill. Due to the gradient and stairs, arriving by car is recommended. Thanks to the central position between Spiez, Thun, and Interlaken, regional transport links and shopping amenities are within easy driving distance.
